These Terms govern your use of DayWall: Calendar Wallpaper ("DayWall"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Description of the app

DayWall reads calendar information you authorize on your device and renders it as a customizable month-view image for export or use as wallpaper. Apple Shortcuts can be used to generate updated images automatically.

DayWall Pro subscriptions

DayWall offers optional monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock Pro features. The exact localized price, billing period, and included features are shown before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings and restore eligible purchases from DayWall.

Calendar accuracy and automation

You are responsible for reviewing exported images and automation results. DayWall does not guarantee that calendar providers, Apple Shortcuts, wallpaper automations, or notifications will always update at a particular time. Do not rely on the app as the sole source for critical appointments.

Your data

Calendar data, photos, and settings are processed locally as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you choose to display or share in an exported image.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use DayWall for personal purposes in compliance with applicable law. DayWall's software, artwork, and written content are owned by Pavel Shutau and may not be extracted, redistributed, sold, reverse-engineered, or misrepresented except where applicable law expressly permits it.

No warranty and limitation of liability

DayWall is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including missed events, data loss, or inaccuracies in exported images.

Apple terms

Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting DayWall. For the complete license terms, see Apple's Standard EULA.

Changes

We may update these Terms as DayWall evolves. The date above identifies the latest version.
