Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 15, 2026
DayWall: Calendar Wallpaper ("DayWall") is designed to create calendar wallpapers privately on your iPhone or iPad. This policy explains how the app handles information.
Data collection
DayWall does not create user accounts and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. The app contains no advertising, third-party analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs.
Calendar data
With your permission, DayWall uses Apple's EventKit framework to read the calendars and events available on your device. This information is used only on your device to render the month view, event list, and exported wallpaper. Calendar data is not uploaded to us or stored on our servers.
Photos and exported images
If you choose a custom background image, DayWall accesses the photo you select so it can render your design. If you save an exported wallpaper to Photos, the app writes that image to your Photo Library. DayWall does not upload your photos or exported images.
Data stored on your device
Your display preferences, selected calendars, and custom background are stored locally using Apple's standard frameworks. Deleting the app removes its locally stored information, subject to normal iOS backup and restore behavior.
Purchases and Apple services
Subscriptions and entitlement status are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment details. If you open the ready-made automation shortcut, Apple may handle that request through its iCloud and Shortcuts services under Apple's privacy policy.
Children's privacy
DayWall does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as DayWall evolves. The date above identifies the latest version.
