Before contacting us

Install the latest DayWall version, confirm calendar access in Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars, and check which calendars are enabled inside DayWall. If Pro access is missing, use Restore Purchases from the app.

Shortcuts and wallpaper updates

Open DayWall once after installation before adding its Generate Calendar Image action in Apple Shortcuts. If an automation stops updating, run the shortcut manually and review any permission prompt shown by iOS.
