These Terms of Use apply only to apps by Pavel Shutau that link directly to this page from their App Store listing, product page, or in-app information. If an app provides its own terms, those app-specific terms apply instead. By downloading or using a covered app, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Use of our apps

Apps covered by these Terms are provided for personal entertainment, productivity, or informational purposes. They are not professional advisors and do not provide financial, legal, medical, or tax advice. Random results, calculations, reminders, and estimates must not be relied upon for critical or safety-sensitive decisions.

Your data

You are responsible for the content and accuracy of data you enter and for keeping appropriate backups of anything important. For details about local storage and data handling, see the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may use our apps only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You must not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misrepresent any app or its output.

No warranty

Covered apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as an app evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of a covered app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Intellectual property

Covered apps and their original content are the property of Pavel Shutau and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

Termination

You may stop using any app at any time by deleting it from your device. All locally stored data will be removed upon deletion.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
