These Terms govern your use of AuraMute. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Wellness use

AuraMute is a general wellness and ambient sound tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent insomnia, anxiety, ADHD, tinnitus, or any other condition. Individual experiences vary.

Safe listening

Use a comfortable volume, particularly with headphones and during long sessions. Stop listening if you experience discomfort and seek qualified advice for health concerns.

AuraMute Pro subscriptions

AuraMute offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions, including a yearly onboarding plan that renews at its displayed price. The exact localized price and billing period are shown before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Purchases can be restored from AuraMute.

Availability

The free version includes a limited preset selection. An active AuraMute Pro entitlement unlocks the complete preset library, Favorites, and Constructor. Features and sound content may evolve while preserving access appropriate to the purchased subscription.

Intellectual property

AuraMute, its original audio, artwork, software, and written content are owned by Pavel Shutau and protected by applicable law. You may use the app for personal purposes but may not extract, redistribute, sell, or misrepresent its content.

No warranty and limitation of liability

AuraMute is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from its use.

Apple terms

Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting AuraMute. For the complete license terms, see Apple's Standard EULA.
